Week 1 Weigh In

I'll keep this short and sweet - lost 7lbs. Hurrah! Current weight 12st 5lbs, BMI 27.9

When I lose 3lbs, I will have a BMI of 27.4 and that means I'm closer to 'normal' than 'obese'.
